Tyler was born in Hermiston, Oregon, was raised in southwest Washington and attended high school at Milo Academy in Southern Oregon. He lived in Seattle for three-and-a-half years and moved back to Oregon in 2002.

In 2003, he co-founded the award-winning sketch comedy troupe Homeless Corner and has since co-founded other award winning comedy teams such as Awful Waffle and his brainchild Coffee for Drew Productions.

Work he has done has been featured on Myspace as well as being accepted for international film festivals he never even entered!

Tyler is an executive producer, editor, segment producer, music video director, and in charge of the brand logos for a TV show coming out this summer about Portland called Pirate Satellite Television.

In his spare time, Tyler does photography. His Dangerous Dames series of photography/Photoshopping can be seen in his Myspace pics as well as Salon d'Merde in the near future. He also does photo sessions for a small fee for aspiring models and people just wanting beautiful pics of themselves. (Ask him about his totally freakishly reasonable rates)
